Premium not working


Can anyone help me. 

Ive renewed my Spotify premium subscription and got the apple reciept email. But my Spotify won’t let me play my music and when I go into the account it says I’m still on the free version. I’ve tried logging in and out several times using my username and my email, turned my iPhone on and off etc. and still. Nothing.

Hey @ReneeBrown,

you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
