I have an iPhone X. I signed up for the three month trial and I’m still getting commercials and when I go to my account it’s still saying free membership. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I have also reset my phone. Please help!(iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9, Macbook Pro late 2016)

Operating System

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

Hey @Char911 ,

 

There's a possibility that you may have a second account with the Premium activated, and you're not logging into the correct one. I'd suggest taking a look at this article and make sure all of the steps there are followed.

Thanks, I appreciate the advice but ahead of you. I have followed
everything that I could find, possibly related, and couldn’t find anything
else to help me. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled.

Have you already tried looking for the Spotify email notifying you of the activation of your Premium subscription? 

 

If you're able to find this email in one of your inboxes, then the email address connected to the inbox where you find this email will be the one connected to your Premium account.

 

You can quickly double-check whether you received such an email by filter-searching through all your inboxes and using the word 'Spotify' as filter.

Thank you but I did not get an email to verify my account, however, I did
get a receipt.
Also, no link there to verify my account either.

Here are some tips what you can try since the subscription isn't showing in your account.

 

Since you do got a receipt, can you try logging out and then in with the email address on which you received the receipt? If you don't remember the password, you can simply reset it.

Thank you for the advice but I have read the tips and I have tried
everything that it I asked and it still isn’t giving me premium. I have
searched for a contact number or an email address to directly contact
Spotify, I can’t find anything. I’m just ready to cancel the whole
subscription.
