Premium not working

Premium not working

I've been paying for premium for quite a while, it didn't work because my bank card had changed so I updated it and I'm paying again on my correct card. My account says I'm premium on my app but won't acknowledge that I have a premium account and give me the benefits?

Hi @laurenashleigh1,

 

I am not certain of the problem but have a potential fix for you. 

 

First, go to the following link here. Ensure that in the account overview section you can see a green check mark next to Premium (Or in my case Premium for Family). 

 

Scroll down on the page and select Sign Out Everywhere. This will cause all of your devices to require login again. Upon re-login your account should be cached properly and you should have your adless playing. Yay!

 

If this check and text are not there stating that you have premium then are out of luck I believe. It is possible that in switching your card you never actually paid, therefore turning off the features. 

 

Experience: I am not actually a Spotify Employee so I don't really know anything about how all the pay stuff works. I recently migrated my account and had a few devices acting weird so I signed out everywhere and I was good to go.
