Premium not working

Premium not working

Hey everyone so I have had premium since 2015 no problems but canceled to save money. Today I have started premium again but when I go into a new playlist I made it lets me choose my song and download but if I click on now playing and try to see up nect it says I dont have premium and the shuffle button is not on I checked everything and if I click on it the app says I need premium again and tries to make me buy it again. It also plays random songs that arent in the playlist as next up songs from it as well. Please help

EDIT: I DID FIX THIS I JUST FORGOT I POSTED THIS. I fixed it by uninstalling the app again and re logged in and it worked

Let's try to figure this out. Can you follow these steps for us?

 

  • Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium.
  • If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app.
  • If it says Free, check the receipt we send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

Let us know how it goes. 

This is happenning to me as well. It's very frustrating. I've logged in again to no avail.
