My Question or Issue
I received the newsletter today for the offer 6.99 EUR for three months. However when I clicked, it informs me that I do not satisfy the criteria. The offer is not eligible for premium accounts who cancelled after 4/15/19, but I had cancelled my previous premium at 2/18/19. What's the problem?
