My Question or Issue

I'm from Malaysia and had subscribed to Premium package on Nov 21, 2018 for 3 months for RM2. My subscription expiration is Feb 21, 2019. However, on Feb 1, 2019 spotify has charged me RM22.40 again eventhough my old subscription has not yet expired. I would like to seek for refund on this matter. For now, I've cancelled my subscription to avoid further charges incurred. Kindly assist on this matter. Thanks!
