Premium paid but acc still free

Premium paid but acc still free

Hi, i paid premium offer(R$1,99) using credit card, its already charged and already got email from spotify confirming the payment, but my account still "Free".

I paid for premium and now my account says free as well. I messaged Spotify about it.... waiting to hear what they have to say.

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login (should be some letters and numbers).

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

But its linked to facebook, is it another account?

If that's the case, fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
