Premium paid for but still don't have it one day later

How come my payment went through but I still can't listen to songs which I have downloaded while I'm offline?

Can you let us know exactly what's happening when you're trying to play your offline tracks? Are you getting any specific error messages?

Also, let us know the Android and Spotify version you're using.

I'm having the same problem, I paid for the spotify premium account and the money went through but it still says my account is free. I thought it would be a connection thing but I tried on two different Wi-Fi connections and used my data to see if I could get it working, still nothing worked. It's been like this since yesterday. I really want to get premium because I love spotlight but I don't know what to do. Please help 😞
