Premium paid - still no access

Premium paid - still no access

Hello,

I renewed my card details and was charged for premium account on January 2nd. There is no trace of this on my account and no access to premium - my account only offers to upgrade to premium. There is also no way to cancel the subscription made.

 

 I have tried logging in and out of all my devices, but this does not help. 

 

I am looking for access to premium or a refund.

If you can't make use of the Premium feautures, could you check out this page and go through the steps? 🙂

 

Also be sure to check the following:

  • Log out and back into your account
  • Check the status of your subscription
  • Check the status of your payment
  • Check that your Premium subscription isn't on another account

Do you see your usual playlists on the account you're currently logged into? Also, what does it say on this page? 🙂

Hi,

I don't see any of my playlists and the linked page says I'm on Spotify
Free.

Just a few details - my premium was paused due to outdated card details and
after updating them on Jan 1st it was still paused with my playlists etc.
When I log in now, everything is gone and it says I'm on Spotify free.

Is there a way to cancel my subscription so I won't we charged next month without any service? There are no technical possibilities do to this myself on my account page.

If you can't see your playlists, it really seem like you're on a different account. You might not realize there's a second one.

 

What we suggest is you ask one of your family members to check their email. When you invited them to the plan, they received and email with your username in it (.... is inviting you to join their plan). Can you check if that username matches with the one you see in Spotify now?
