Premium paused due to last paymeny didn't work

I keep getting the premium paused 'your last payment didn't work' error and it is asking me to renew my subscription online. My card payment has been working fine and money has always been taking out of the account.. I cancelled my subscription and renewed again but i am still getting the same problem on my iphone. The website is telling me I am on premium and paying money every month.

I facebooked messaged Spotify 4 days ago and they have yet to respond.

Can someone please advise on how to sort this out.

This does sound like one for the Support folks to lend a hand with.

 

Not to worry, you can contact them one of the below ways:

  1. Email - https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/
  2. Twitter - https://twitter.com/SpotifyCares

You can also reach them via Facebook like you mentioned. 

 

I’m not sure why you wouldn’t have heard back, that’s odd! But, if you’d prefer to use this method of contact i’d recommend trying once more. Just make sure you’re contacting them here and someone should get back to you shortly:

Thanks for your help on this. Managed to contact them through Spotify Care and eventually sorted it out.
