Premium payment

I’ve been using Spotify for years and I’ve payed for premium using the prepaid cards. This month when I went to pay for my subscription it said the payment had failed. I checked the card balance and there is definitely enough money on it. I’ve never had a problem paying for premium before so I’m not sure what to do. I did unsubscribe from premium like it said to try and sign up for premium again but it’s still not working. I’ve also tried multiple prepaid cards. I don’t know what to do. Please help. I can’t live without Spotify!

I assume that the fraud screening process is causing an issue with your cards. If possible, register your card with the bank that issued it and update your address to match your Spotify Premium account. Usually, the card has a phone number to call for customer service on the back. You can also ask the bank's customer service why the transaction was declined.
