Hi, I have two problems, one day ago, spotify sent me an email saying that my premium account could not be updated. Then, I changed my card number so that the payment was made, but they lowered me a full year. 

And, now they tell me that my account can not be updated due to lack of payment.

My Question or Issue

 Is there any chance of reversing the payment and having the premium lowered per month?

 

And, what can i do if i already made the payment and i was deducted from the account, but they tell me that i have not paid.

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your subscription. In this case, it'd be best if you reach out to us here within 14 days of the payment being made.
