My Question or Issue

The amount got deducted from my side but it's still showing as free plan. I tried logging off and re-logging multiple times yet the issue is not resolved. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to force sync but still it's not getting activated. I also didn't receive any receipts for the same . I  had emailed to the customer support team but no avail. What should be my next step?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

 

In this case we suggest that you make sure that you don't have multiple accounts. You can check that here.

 

If you don't we suggest that you wait for our customer support to get back to you so that they can have a closer look backstage.
