Premium plan was changed to Family without my consent.

Premium plan was changed to Family without my consent.

I am very angry about this, and I would like a refund for the unexpected £5.00 that was taken from my account.

 

Not once did I consent to having my account 'upgraded' from standard Premium. Also, I am sick to death of having the Family package marketed to me over and over again.

 

I have gone to account settings and changed everything back to the Standard Premium package at £9.99. I do not expect my account to be messed with again. I want a refund, and stop trying to sell/force upon me something that I don't want.

I too signed up for the $7.99 plan when spotify started and only now come to find out ive been paying $15!! A MONTH... the most expensive plan for YEARS NOW!! that is garbage. I should pay better attention to my finances but only recently really started looking at all my bills. Spotify, you should have to get peoples permission to change their plan, especially the most expensive one. Not happy
