Premium pricing issues

Hey guys.

My sister was trying to renew her Premium membership. However, she was shown a $9.99 price instead of the $5.99 monthly plan that she used to have. This happened when trying from her cellphone and mine. Are we doing something wrong or have the prices changed?

If your sister is on the student discount, it's possible that her subscription expired. That may be why she was charged the full rate.

 

If that's the case, she'll need to reapply for the discount over here. Once she does, her discount will begin again on her next cycle date.
