I got charge for premium but now it's saying I don't have it.

Hey @Christie5, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

If you didn't complete signing up for the subscription and you didn't receive a payment receipt email, the charge to your card should only be marked as pending which means it should be canceled soon.

If you check in a few days and the charge is still there, let me know and I can help you ๐Ÿ™‚

I did get a payment receipt and everything .

And it's been since the 26th of March

The payment receipt you received has a username in it, could you make sure you're logging in with that exact username? (If the username listed is a 10-digit number, you should log in through Facebook.)

I did I log in though Facebook already.

Could you go here and tell me if you see a receipt that matches the email confirmation you received?

Yes it does and the 10.79 is not pending is was taken out

And when you go here it says you don't have Premium?

Could you double check here for any extra accounts you may have that could be signed in with the Premium?

 

If that doesn't help you, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
