My Question or Issue

Hi Spotify community, I was browsing through the website and i realized that the monthly fee is only RM14.90/month if i were to pay by credit card which is the case for me. Unfortunately, i'm charged with RM22.40/month instead. Can i know why the difference in payment?

Thanks for reaching out.

It sounds like you're subscribed to Premium for Family instead of regular Premium.

You should be able to manage your plan at https://www.spotify.com/family/overview/.
