My Question or Issue

 After my Bank cancel the credit card registerred in the Spotify Account, the Premium Subscription was suspended. I have tried to take back the subscription but with no success. Even trying to insert a new credit card by PSN (the accounts were synchronized), I can not use the Spotify as before.

Hi, Brunelicia. 

 

I understood that my subscription was changed from Premium to Free due to the new credit card received by me. The card registerred in the Spotify Account was cancelled by my Bank. 

 

With that, I am trying upgrade my Plan from Free to Family without success.

 

The message in the Spotify App is: "Payment Failed. Try another payment way or try later on." Even changing the credit card, the message is the same.

Can you try another payment method instead of just trying another credit card? I think that might solve your problem... Thanks 🙂
