Premium subscription is still not remove

Hello spotify. I have a problem regarding premium account. I have no more spotify premium subscription on globe network on philippines. But my account in spotify is still in premium even though i already stop my subscription. Kindly removed my premium subscription. Thank you

I have taken a look at the screen shot, and in this case you would need to cantact Globe directly for them to stop your subscription 🙂
