I recently changed my credit card. When I want to pay my premium subscription with my new card, I'm denied the payment, can you help me?

 

I love Spotify.

My payment is always refused. I recently changed my credit card. I contacted my bank the problem did not come from them. You probably keep in memory my old bank details. Can you help me please? I do not want to register on Deezer ... Thank you in advance.
