My Question or Issue

I have paid <Moderator edit> through UPI on <Moderator edit> for premium plan but it's still showing my account as free. What should I do.?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Spotify Community.

When you log into your account profile here https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/manage/, do you see the account as upgraded? If so, please log out from your app and use those same details to log in again. Make sure to use the same email address or details (e.g. Facebook, Apple, phone number) you used to subscribe.
