Premium suddenly stopped working

Hi,

 

I've been paying for Premium since November 2016 and a couple of days ago it suddenly stopped working. I did get a receipt and it's been substracted from my bank account and I can see the confirmed payment in Spotify too. I've logged out and in several times including through the website as on the app. The status says that I have the Spotify free, but the last payment which was September the 12th did go through. I use Spotify daily for work, so please help me!

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
