My Question or Issue
We have had a family plan for a while now. But we changed the bank provider and therefore got a new credit card. When spotify tried to charge, it offcourse couldn't and therefore sent at email so we could update the credit card. We did. And spotify charged the premium free and not the family plan fee. And suddenly my husband was premium but the family plan was not renewed. So we have now paid for premium but not family plan 😞
How do we preoceed? I don't want to pay twice the amount to get family?
