My Question or Issue

 I was premium and I cancelled to be in my brother familiar plan but I didn't receive the email of confirmation.What I have to do to receive the email

Hope you're doing great! 

 

I understand your concern. Could you try sending the invite using a different browser or incognito mode? If that dosen't work, could you send me a screenshot of the error messages being shown?
