Premium trial not working?

We have been using the free Spotify and wanted to trial the Premium individual.

It says the trial setup was successful for Premium however nothing has changed.  Our plan still says Spotify free and when we try to setup the trial again it now says we cannot as we have already used the trial.  

We just want to trial the premium individual to see if we want to move from Spotify free to premium but we are frustrated in the time we are wasting in trying to get the trial to work.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you

It's a common mistake to upgrade a second account and be logged onto the wrong one.
