My Question or Issue

I decided to try out the 3 month trial and i received an email i got the 3 month trial, but in my subscription status it says i have Spotify free, i also cant download anything, however i can skip unlimited and have no ads what ypu normally don't have in spotify free, it looks like i have half spotify premium and half Spotify free. Is this a bug? Or is this how the free trial works. I also cant cancrl the half premium half free because my subscription status says i havr spotify free, what is wrong and how can i fix it

Could you try following some troubleshooting steps here?

If that doesn't help, please send me a screenshot of what you see when you go Home in the Spotify app > Settings > Account? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

Could you send me a screenshot of what you see when you go Home in the Spotify app > Settings > Account from your mobile app?

I cant find account in the setting on mobile app

Sen premium alamamışsın ama bazenleri premium olmadığı halde sınırsız atlama veriyor o bir özellik.Banada olmuştu aynısı.

There nothing in the customer support that can help me, so basically it's
non fixable and i don't wanna be charged for anything. I reported the
problem and i can't do anything about it.
