Premium um not upgrading!!!

Premium um not upgrading!!!

 I recently upgraded to premium and although the money has been taken from my bank account I have not been upgraded even though I have looked out of all devices and we looked in it is still showing that I am on a free subscription I’m getting shame if a straight now and would like some of my Spotify to reply ASAP to resolve this issue so that I can carry on enjoying Spotify bit in the premium option I have taken pictures of the payment has been taken from my bank account so can prove evidence of Spotify taking payment if it is needed I look forward to some replying to this ASAP as I am becoming either frustrated and thinking of swapping to another Provider if this continues thanks in advance

Hey @EmmaFryatt,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
