Premium uprgrade for 7 day trial payment done but did not show

My Question or Issue

I paid for the 7 day premium rated 39 rupees by scanning the QR in my phone and paying through the GooglePay app but it did not show in the app, my premium access. Then i had to apply for the one month free premium again. Now it is showing but can i get my 39 rupees refund?

Is it possible that you're logged in to the wrong account? Sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case you might have both free and Premium accounts. If you're accidentally logged in to your free account, you won't be able to see Premium features.
