I received a notice that I needed to update my Credit card on file information in my account. I was not able to update with my new credit card number, and I confirmed with my credit card company, that the card was not blocked.
I then read in the help section, that Spotify recommended me to cancel my current Premium + HULU subscription, which I was charged $12.99 for each month. I canceled my subscription and now I am not able to sign back in with the same subscription package. I do no longer see a Premium Plan incl. HULU, so why do I now get excluded to continue with the plan I had, just because your website was not able to update my credit card info within my account settings.
I like to continue with Premium incl. HULU, but I only have the option to sign up for Premium
