Premium with Hulu (student) trouble activating

My Question or Issue

My Premium student account shows that I have spotify with free Hulu. My account page shows both Spotify and Hulu as active, but I can not get Hulu to work.  When I click "Start Watching" in Chrome browser, it asks me to subscribe to Hulu for an additional cost. Not too sure how to fix it!

I need to log in again in my hulu account that I got from my premium student account, but in the hulu app says that neither my email or card are recognized, so I need help with that. I don’t know if I have to re-do my plan or there’s a way to get into my account again. My device is an iPhone 14 with iOS version 17.4. From the U.S.

If you see on the Account Page that Hulu is active then you can make sure that your Hulu account is also billed through Spotify. For more info on that you can check their page here.
