Premium with Movistar

Premium with Movistar

I've had a Movistar mobile plan since October and never got the six Month Premium, entered to Movistar page and did the procedure but every Month Spotify has discounted the payment, called to Movistar and they say that the register at their system was succesful so it was some kind of failure on the system of Spotify. Could you make it work any soon?

It sounds like you might have more than one Premium account. If your account was created through Facebook, try logging with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

 

If it wasn't, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box. We recommend you try both methods so that you can check which one has the regular Premium subscription and which one has the Movistar subscription.

 

If you're having trouble after this, we recommend that you contact us via email here or through our official social media channels in Facebook or Twitter. This way, we'll be able to take a closer backstage and see what happened there.
