Premium won't change to Student premium

I wanted to get the Student Premium and I did all of the things necessary. I got a mail saying the documents got verified and I had to back to the Spotify page to continue my purchase. I bought the regular premium and to get the student one I had to register for it in the student page. I did the exact same things I did before (1st sentence) and it said that I had already redeemed that offer. 
How do I get the Student Premium now? Any help?
