Premium wont work

I got a confirmation saying I had purchased it and it wont work. I did what your website said and still nothing

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Can you let us know if you've already tried to log out and log back in to make sure that your subscription is synced with your device? 


If after that you still get the free service it's possible that you have more that one Spotify account and you're logging into one that was not updated to Premium. You can also check this page on how to find out if you have multiple Spotify accounts.

 

You mention that you've received a confirmation that you're on Premium, so it's also a good idea to use the email address where you have received that to log into the app.
