Premium wurde noch nicht aktiviert nach erfolgreicher Zahlung

Habe mein Abo zu spät gezahlt bei Klarna (ist jetzt aber gezahlt) in der Zeit ist aber schon mein Premium Abo ausgelaufen und aktualisiert derzeit auch nicht auf das Premium Abo, Zahlung ist schon mehrere Tage bei meiner Bank abgezogen.

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? If you don't see the payment there, it means that it hasn't gone through successfully on our end yet.
 

If that's the case and if you'd like to keep your subscription with us, we'd suggest that you try paying with another payment method. You can find out more info on the different payment methods you can use in this article.
