Hi There i have for the premium service on november 

 

I remember very well that i have paid on november 22 and last night which is the 19 of december found that i dont have premium anymore, im not sure if that was scam by spotify or just a mistake.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
