My Question or Issue

 I have canceled the premium subscription but I was still charged for it, will I get my money back?

Hey @user-removed, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great!

 

Sounds like you have more than one account on Premium. You can check out this guide on how to find your other account.

 

If you have canceled your subscription after you've renewed, you still have access to your Premium content until the subscrption end date, after that date - your account will be reverted to the free ad-supported version.

Well, I don't have it anymore and they still charged for one more month so they should either give my money back or give me premium for one more month since I already paid for it

If you'd like a refund, I'd recommend getting in touch with Spotify via the contact form. Their support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly.
