I have premium, I paid for it through the website online. And when I go to the app on my iPhone. It shows I don’t have premium? How do I get premium on my app? So I can download the songs onto the app?

That's odd. Can you make sure that you don't have more than one account with the info in this article? It's possible that you subscribed in one account, but accessed a second one by mistake.
