Good afternoon, I just signed the premium and asked for the student discount, but after saying that it could take up to three (3) days for confirmation, my account is still in the free version. What can I do to fix it?

Can you check your email to see if you received an email for your student status? Be sure to check your spam/junk folder too.

 

If you don't see anything, try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.
