I paid for premium on both accounts and I’m still hearing commercials

If the payment was successful but you're not seeing the Premium features, we'd first recommend logging out and back in. This will help with the synchronization of info on your account. If this doesn't do the trick, make sure that you're logging in to the right account. You can check the email address that you registered by going to your account page here.

 

Additionally, keep in mind that if you're listening to these ads on podcasts, it's an expected behavior. Some podcast creators may include third-party advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages in their episodes.
