My Question or Issue

Hi! I'm currently subscribe with the regular premium and its gonna expire soon since my card doesnt have enough balance to renew so I tried change my plan to premium prepaid but it says "not eligble for this offer" so what should i do with it. Do i need to cancel my current plan and make a new plan again? Thank you guys

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community.

You should be able to follow the steps here  to enter your new payment info to renew your subscription.

If you have trouble with that, we'd recommend giving it a shot in an incognito/private window or on a different network.

In case the issue persists, you can cancel your current plan and when your account goes to free, you should be able to start fresh with the new payment method.
