Prepaid Visa Cards wont work anymore

So I have been paying thru Paypal with a vanilla visa gift card for 3 months now after the free trial. But for some reason, it hasn't been working for this month and I know that I still have money on the card. Is Spotify not accepting prepaid cards anymore or is it a Paypal issue?
