Prepaid card accepted profile says premium. App stays on non premium

My Question or Issue

I paid for my montly subscription with a prepaid card. Card was properly activated. I have only one account. When i login on the site it says:premium until 29/3. When i open the app i have the free version. I have not gotten a confirmation by email but the status changed on the site.

Sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case you might have both free and Premium accounts. If you're accidentally logged in to your free account, you won't be able to see Premium features.
