Price increases to 14.99 without notice

My Question or Issue

Price increased to 14.99 a month in November of 2018 without notice. Appears to be the price for a family account but this is not a family account. Need corrected and refunded the extra amount I've been paying for the last 6 months.

After looking into further, my account may have been compromised at the end of November.  E-mails from Spotify asking me to reset my password due to a potential compromise and this is right at the time the account changed to a family account.  This may also explain why there was music on my "heavily played" playlists that I never played.

I'm sorry about this. I suggest that you log out all devices and then reset your password.

You can also revert your plan back to regular Premium.
