I had noticed I could get Spotify premium for $0.99 for 3 months I then purchased it on 6/9/17 but now that I look at my transaction history on my card Spotify had taken out $10.73. Anyone have this problem!! I need help!!

Yes I have used spotify premium before this purchase but had canceled it and just at this point started it again.

The $0.99 deal is only for users who have never used Premium before. You probably accidentally activated a normal Premium subscription.

Also the $0.99 should be for every one. They should have it setup so it don't pop up for everyone if not or they will get a lot of these complaints.

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
