Primium is gone!!

I had suddenly to login in my account and it didn't work. So I tried with my e-mail address to reset my password. Finally it worked but my premium was gone. So I tried to reset my password on my account name and I don't get any emails to reset the password. I still paying for premium. Currently I am on holiday in Portugal and I am from the Netherlands.

Hey @user-removed,


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

Unfortunately I didn't get any emails of them.. I found myself trough another account so I know my account name but I don't get any emails..
