Salut à tous ! J'ai acheté 1 mois de spotify dans un night shop et encodé le pin sur leurs page web. Problème ? Mon compte sur l'apli n'est pas passé Premium comme si rien n'avait éte fait..Une solution ?

Since the Community's official language is English, we hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

First, we'd suggest checking the steps in this support site article.

 

If that doesn't help, we'd suggest checking your email inbox for the receipt we send at the beginning of a new subscription. Once you've located it, we'd recommend checking the username listed on the bottom to make sure it's the same as in your account overview page. If not, it's possible you have a second account with us under that username that was upgraded instead.
