Problème d'inscription avec identifiants Bouygues Télécom à Spotify Premium

Bonjour 
Je ne parviens pas à m'inscrire avec les identifiants de Bouygues Télécom chez qui j'ai souscris à l'abonnement Premium. L'application m identifie comme un abonnement gratuit avec de la publicité 
Bouygues Télécom m'a dit de vous contacter pour faire le nécessaire car de leur côté il est impossible de régler cet incident

If you're not seeing your Premium-functions, it's possible that you're logging into a different Spotify-account by mistake and for that we recommend checking out the steps in this article

 

On another note, if you're still unable to locate your Premium-account or if you're having issues with the subscription, it's best to reach out to Customer Support that can take a look behind the scenes. You can contact them via one of the ways here.
