Problème d obtention de Spotify premium avec Bouygues

Bonjour, je possède le bonus spotify premium avec Bouygues Telecom mais cela me donne accès à un compte classique et non un compte premium. Je ne parviens pas à activer le bonus. J'ai souscrit ce bonus avant la fin de vos accords avec Bouygues et il ne fonctionne pas depuis des mois. Bouygues n'a pas de solution à m'apporter. pourriez-vous m'aider ?

If you have a promotion through your service provider as a promotion, only they can help you set it up on your Spotify account.

The only requirement for the promotion to go through is that your account must be Free. If you're paying for your account already, you'll need to cancel the subscription and wait until it goes back to Free. You'll then be able to contact Bouygues Telecom so they can activate the promotion.
