Problem Spotify 6 month trial with Fido

Hi hopefully someone can help me i'm having problems i activated three new accounts 6 months free through my cellular provider and two of them are working fine. They sent me a confirmation for the two that work but one of them are still saying it's a premium trial not sure what to do !

 

Hard to believe that a big company like Spotify does not even have a live telephone to contact them

We've no phone support, but we can help through here. For now, try waiting to see if the account goes into Premium after the trial. 

 

If not, reach out to Fido for more info on how to get this fixed.
