Problem getting hulu I paid for with the 2 months of premium and hulu for 99 cents

My Question or Issue

 Yesterday I paid for the hulu and spotify for $0.99 and I did immediately recieve premium but I don't know how to set the hulu up. If it helps, I'm trying to do the hulu in a tv. Do I need a code?
